Job Summary

:

The AP – Rental Equipment Accountant will mainly handle the Accounts Payable processes of all equipment rental invoices for the project, reporting to the Project Accounting Manager. The position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality with strong ethical behavior in workplace practices, a customer-service orientation with a demonstrated professional demeanor and communication style, flexibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines. The position is intended to be flexible for various locations in India

Major Responsibilities:

  • Audit and processing of all rental equipment invoices.

  • Researches, analyzes, and resolves invoice hold issues with Project team, Contracts/Procurement departments, Customer, and Supplier.

  • Initiates contact with project personnel on the commitment documents, rental agreements, approvals, and other issues to ensure timely payment of invoices.
