Job Description

We’ve partnered with a growing manufacturing company to add an Accounts Payable specialist on a 6-month contract. 
Payrate $18-$24/hr
Responsibilities:
Support the Accounts Payable Supervisor in managing the weekly vendor payment process 
Partner with procurement teams and vendors to address AP-related questions, investigate invoice discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently 
Handle the full accounts payable cycle, including three-way matching and entering invoices into systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite 
Review and match purchase orders with corresponding invoices for accuracy 
Maintain organized records and filing systems for financial and corporate documents 
Perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities 
Oversee company purchasing activities and manage travel & expense processes through the Navan platform
