APAC Benefits Data & Enrolment Analyst

Description

As an Enrolment (Data) Analyst within the H&B, you will be part of a team supporting our Asia Pacific clients in enrolment of benefits and data validation.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills. Also, exposure or background in the benefits brokerage / insurance administration work is required. The position would also require project management skills and customer support / management skills.

Key Activities

Data Management

Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data
Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated
Track and monitor ID cards
Resolve client queries
Support contract renewal activities in the context of membership / census listing provision...
