Job Description

What you will do
As a Material Planning Executive, you will:
Maintain Master Data in APO and SAP

Calculate material requirements, analyze stock levels, and communicate with production planning on supply shortage risks

Prepare monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers

Place orders/call-offs to suppliers and shipping forwarders, monitor shipments, and update delivery dates/quantities when necessary

Schedule orders according to factory capacity, project schedules, constraints, block sequence priority, ETD requests, production lead time, etc.

Create monthly optimal block plan sequences in Proplanner and Cplan

Monitor KPIs and drive improvements

Maintain planning master data

Serve as a member of the appropriate pillar
