APAC Commercial Director

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Director to build and operationalize JOOLA's regional sales engine across Asia Pacific. This role reports directly to the APAC Managing Director and is responsible for bringing structure, analytics, and channel excellence to help our sales teams scale effectively. You'll translate strategy into execution - consolidating sales performance across markets, defining channel strategy, and enabling each country team to drive growth through sharper commercial visibility and discipline.

What You'll Do

• Build and operationalize the APAC commercial and sales enablement framework
• Consolidate and analyze sales data across markets to generate actionable insights
• Define regional channel, pricing, and promotional strategy in partnership with local GMs
• Optimize distributor contracts, trade terms, and commercial ROI tracking
