APAC Compensation

The APAC Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE) role will be responsible for developing and managing the compensation and benefits strategies at Chagee APAC. This role focuses on performance management, incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans, such as share options and share-out bonuses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and benefits, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of incentive structures within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
