As an IT Support Technician / Service Desk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for IT support for AGOS users in the APAC region, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a broad range of IT services.
You will handle daily service desk operations, resolve incidents and requests, and escalate more complex issues when required. The role requires close collaboration with regional colleagues, global IT teams, and external partners to ensure timely and high quality support across time zones.
This role is critical to ensuring stable IT operations and a positive user experience for AGOS employees in APAC.
