APAC Planning Lead: S&OP & Demand/Supply Excellence

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a Supply Chain Leader in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will lead operational planning processes across Asia Pacific, including Demand Planning and S&OP. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, excellent organisational skills, and strong English communication abilities. Experience in FMCG is a plus. This role requires stakeholder management and capability building for local teams.
