APAC Procurement Manager

Role Purpose

The APAC Procurement Lead is responsible for establishing and driving a standardized, compliant, and value-focused procurement function across the APAC region. Reporting to APAC COO and matrix line to Malaysia COO, he/she will work closely with all APAC business units, ensuring alignment to group procurement strategies while delivering measurable cost savings, strong governance, and effective third-party risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Governance & Standardization

• Standardize procurement processes, policies, reporting, and governance across all APAC entities.
• Develop and implement regional procurement frameworks aligned with global standards.
• Ensure consistent application of procurement controls, approval thresholds, and documentation requirements.

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
