AdTech Innovation is a leading provider of cutting‑edge advertising technology solutions across APAC . We offer four SaaS platforms designed to meet diverse marketing needs. Recently, we launched KOOLER AI — an all‑in‑one platform for influencer and KOL management, featuring over 200K profiles across 10 Asian regions.
As a Client Success , you’ll also be hands‑on with daily client support, acting as the main point of contact for our merchants. This includes handling inbound calls, live chat, and email, owning complex cases end to end, and spotting upsell or cross‑sell opportunities. You’ll work closely with Product/R&D, Marketing, and Operations to quickly solve problems and continuously improve the customer experience.
