APAC - Voca CIC Presale Engineer

AudioCodes is seeking an accomplished Presales Engineer to lead technical presales activities for Voca CIC across the APAC region. This role requires a strong blend of regional subject‑matter expertise, partner and sales enablement, and direct customer engagement, alongside hands‑on ownership of solution demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). A successful candidate will be a trusted technical leader who collaborates closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to drive adoption and expansion of the Voca CIC portfolio across the region. They will also play a key role in shaping product direction by providing structured feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams, directly influencing the continued growth of AudioCodes’ Voca CIC presence across the region.
