APAC Warehouse Management - Manager - Philippines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Operational Delivery

• Warehouse Operations Ownership & People Leadership: Own end-to-end spare parts & tools warehousing operations and delivery results; lead, coach and develop a team with clear accountability and standard work.
• Inbound & Outbound & In-transit Control (End-to-end Closure): Govern inbound receiving and outbound and in-transit visibility (PO/transfer/returns/repair flows), ensuring timely receiving and system posting; drive cross-functional closure with Supply Chain/Procurement/Site teams.
• Service Level & KPI Governance: Define, track and deliver operational KPIs (inbound/outbound efficiency & accuracy, inventory accuracy, damage PPM, SLA adherence, EHS, cost). Establish daily/weekly/monthly operating cadence, performance reviews, and exception escalation/closure.
