What the day will look like
Client Logistics & Scheduling
+ Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for wellbeing programmes, including workshops, coaching sessions, health fairs, demos, and onsite or virtual events.
+ Manage scheduling with clients, facilitators, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure all materials, platforms, and event requirements are prepared in advance.
+ Support client communications, pre‑event preparation and post‑event action items
