Ap/Ar Analyst - 3-Month Contract (Uxbridge)

Responsibilities

• Timely issuance of billings
• Prepare manual invoices and process credit card payments
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Cash applications
• Call customers for outstanding payments on overdue accounts
• Monitor customer aging and follow up on invoices

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
• SAP experience

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $26 - $28 / hour

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
