Processes and audits customer billings/credits, records payments to customer accounts, manages collection activities, works with customers and Business Units to troubleshoot issues, maintains Accounts Receivable records, and updates Agings and bad debt analysis by performing the following duties.

+ Maintains customer billing records in ERP system.
+ Issues invoices to customers. Posts cash received to customer accounts
+ Ensures timely payments by contacting customers and collecting outstanding balances
+ Research account disputes and billing discrepancies, ensure proper accounting entries for all billing and receipts.
