AP/AR Lead

Role Overview

MAVI is building a trusted global network of finance professionals serving US-based clients. As an AP / AR Lead, you will own end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations aligned with US GAAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong stakeholder communication. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep operational expertise and comfort working directly with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Own end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, 2/3-way matching, vendor master management, and payment runs
• Ensure AP activities comply with US GAAP, internal controls, and client-specific approval matrices
• Manage vendor reconciliations, ageing, and query resolution
• Support accruals, prepaid accounting, and AP-related month-end close activities
