Apartment Groundskeeper

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a groundskeeper at The Westbury Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Groundskeepers are responsible for all aspects of maintaining the apartment community common areas.

MRG manages more than 35 apartment communities in the Memphis area and provides growth-oriented positions for employees who help us achieve our goal of providing well-maintained, desirable living spaces for our residents.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, overtime as needed

Requirements


+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements

+ Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of insurance

+ Must pass credit check, background check and drug screening
