APC Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Bachelors degree in chemical engineering. Masters degree is preferable.
2. Ability to identify the potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control for various process units and specify the hardware/software architecture to carry out APC implementation.
3. To implement APC & MVC implementations starting from Control Definition Functional Design Specifications Plant Testing Detailed Engineering Modeling of Controller and Estimator Site Integration SAT Commissioning Post Audit and PGTR.
4. Responsible for commissioning APC Controllers in Refining Petrochemical and Polymer process units.
5. Provide maintenance support including carrying out modifications to the Control strategies to ensure higher APC up time and carry out the required APC training to plant operators & engineers.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
