A Snapshot of Your Day
You will work in close contact with our Medium Gas Turbines team, including Field Services, Project Managers, and technical support groups.

Your main task is to provide support in outage planning as well as engineering support during execution.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Provide day‑to‑day support to regional clients with technical inquiries related to outages, in alignment with local teams and the PL Technical Support Group; create and follow up SFDC cases and manage customer inquiries before, during, and after outages.
• Participate in outage preparation meetings, support local outage execution, and attend customer meetings when required by Field Services or the Project Management Group.
• Provide technical clarification on inspection scopes (activities, tools, schedules, resources), create Fault Reports for major events, and support the Product Competence Center with technical questions and customer interactions.
