APO AMS Lead

We are Looking for an experienced SAP APO AMS Specialist / Lead to handle end-to-end production support, incident management, and minor enhancements across SAP APO modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2/L3 support for SAP APO in an AMS environment
• Incident, problem, change, and service request management
• APO job monitoring, CIF integration, and issue resolution
• Root cause analysis and SLA adherence
• Coordination with business, basis, and technical teams

Skills Required:

• Hands-on SAP APO support experience
• APO modules: DP / SNP / PP-DS / GATP (any)
• Strong AMS & ITIL process knowledge
• APO integration with ECC / S/4HANA
