The Role

• Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across CD mobile app
• Plan and execute growth experiments to optimize conversion funnels
• Work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to identify high‑ROI levers for in‑app engagement and monetization
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing on onboarding flows and push notifications
