The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers comprehensive inpatient care within a specialty service, managing acute and chronic conditions through independent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians. The APP coordinates patient care across the continuum, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and upholds Stanford Health Care’s C-I-CARE standards to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
