The main purpose of this role is to understand user behaviour, measure satisfaction, and provide insights that help improve app performance, features, and overall user experience.
In this role, you will monitor user reviews from platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as other feedback channels like in-app surveys, customer support tickets, and social media comments. Your job is to organise this feedback in a structured way so it can be easily analysed.
