Samshék Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a tech-driven fashion startup focused on made-to-order women’s clothing across all sizes, powered by digital manufacturing and working towards a zero-waste supply chain.

We are looking for a Designer cum Merchandiser to join our B2B team.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in Tech Pack Creation (Mandatory)

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop

- Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and sampling

- Knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims, and US sizing standards

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze buyer samples/photos and develop detailed tech packs

- Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines

- Coordinate fabric and trims sourcing

- Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams for sample development
