Application and Support Supervisor

Job Purpose
Lead Country Application Training, drive Country Master Data Management, manage deployments, demand management and support of Global standard applications also regional and country applications as needed (e.g., CW1, FSI, myDHLi, Sales360, S21), and steer the Country Super User Community.
Key Tasks
Define and lead Application Training and Support for all core operational systems and customer facing applications to internal users
Review and distribute User Releases/Helpful Hints and Training manuals to Super/End users where necessary
Drive country Master Data Management ensuring data quality, channel, and control the requirements and communication regarding Master Data between country stakeholders and Global/Regional organization
Establish and maintain country Super User Network for Core Operational Systems (Cargowise, EDM, ESP, QuoteShop, FSI, FCM, myDHLi...)
Define and provide training courses to end users
