Job Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes, business objectives, and system requirements
• Manage the end-to-end HRMS implementation project, including planning timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Able to lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate transfer of existing HR data into the new HRMS.
