Project Implementation and Product Management

• To develop detailed project plans together with project manager, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to deployment and post-deployment.
• To serve as the primary point of contact for customer in the respective consultant area throughout the implementation process.
• To provide ERP product walkthrough and conduct training to customers.
• To conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations to customers for process improvements and ERP system configurations, integration, customization and application objects.
• To collaborate with technical team pertaining to system architecture, infrastructure and product extensions.
• To manage content development including SQL construct and API functional testing.
