Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
2. Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
3. Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;
Conduct Customer training.
4. Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
5. Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
6. Other task arranged by the company
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
