Application Consultant

The candidate's primary responsibility to support Timesheet System for NEC globally:

• Initiate and manage Change Requests, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for Timesheet system.
• Coordinate with regional counterparts and global system owner to align and execute system-related activities and initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, end-users, and internal teams to provide ongoing support and resolve technical or process issues.
• Evaluate existing system functionalities and recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
• Maintain and update user training materials; deliver periodic training sessions for regional users to ensure system adoption and proficiency.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager(s).
