Application Developer

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules. This role combines both functional and technical responsibilities, including gathering client requirements, developing solutions, performing system integrations, and ensuring successful deployment. You will play a key role in helping clients leverage Microsoft cloud technologies to enable business transformation and achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales modules
• Conduct workshops with clients to capture functional and technical requirements, translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria
