Application Developer - Workflow and Process Automation (m/f/x)

Overview

BAUER Group is an international construction service provider focusing on complex specialist foundation engineering work in difficult ground conditions. For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines, we are seeking an IT team member as Application Developer - Workflow and Process Automation (m/f/x) .

Your Tasks

• Implementation of business processes using Microsoft SharePoint and M365 applications, including Copilot agents
• Development of user-friendly .NET applications with C# and automation solutions via Power Automate or PowerShell
• Migration of data from network drives to SharePoint Online using Sharegate and ongoing system monitoring
• Requirement analysis, documentation, and support for internal departments across all support levels
• Collaboration in an international team and active participation in Scrum and other agile meetings
