Job Description

 APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT 
 Position and/or Project Description: 
 SaskPower is looking for an individual with strong Service Now experience and capabilities. 
 Responsibilities:  Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements 
 Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements 
 Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain) 
 Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities 
 Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements 
 Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle 
 Assist in resolving technical issues
