Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Key Responsibilities
Offer application support for customers, including hardware/software integration and sample code preparation.
Handle technical support issues through Salesforce case tickets.
Conduct technical verification of equipment, offer onsite troubleshooting when needed, and provide value-added services.
Manage product testing and RMA handling within Singapore.
Serve as a liaison between regional offices and headquarters for technical requirements and escalate advanced support issues.
Deliver training to sales channel partners and direct customers.
Develop and prepare technical demonstrations and presentations.
