Application Engineer

What you'll be doing

1. Identify customer technical requirements and conduct system analysis.
2. Check and respond to customer ESL server issues.
3. Monitor and analyze technical trends in the Thai market related to ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels).
4. Address signage CMS (Content Management System) requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, addressing their issues promptly and effectively
7. Analyse user requirements and translate them into functional software features
8. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and stability of our applications
9. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
