Job Description

The Application Engineer based in Malaysia, will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues on-site, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationships in SEA markets.
Sales & Business Development:
Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation. 
Collaborate with customers to identify solutions that meet their requirements. 
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the AHU manufacturing industry.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical guidance on product applications and specifications to HVAC manufacturers and customers.
Conduct on-site troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to our products. 
Assist in testing and commissioning at customer sites.
Product & Project Management:
Work closely with the R&D and Product Management teams to provide market feedback.
