Application Engineer

The Application Engineer develops and supports automated solutions to streamline business processes for the Singapore office and regional companies. The role involves frequent direct communication with end users to understand requirements and ensure smooth delivery of applications.

The Application Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Understand and analyze business requirements or problem statements to deliver value for Business Units.
• Communicate and clarify requirements directly with end-users, including in‑person conversations.
• Develop, maintain, and support workflow‑based applications (e.g., Nintex, SharePoint Online).
• Convert manual processes into automated digital solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, data flows, and permission models.
