**Specific duties** **of this role** **:**

+ Lead and mentor a team of application engineers in Taiwan and Korea to provide exceptional technical support to customers using Renesas MCU products.
+ Help define and implement MCU related customer support strategy for the greater APAC regions to enable both pre and post sales opportunities.
+ Play a hands-on role to understand and articulate Renesas MCU solutions and value proposition that meet customer needs.
