An Application Engineering Supervisor provides guidance to the Application Engineering team, oversees performance reviews, identifies development opportunities, assists with resource planning, and mentors staff. The role also includes providing technical support, equipment selection, and quotations to a limited number of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Inside Sales led selling for specific customers to support the achievement of established growth goals for accounts.
• Demonstrate application of engineering theory combined with engineering management, including planning, scheduling, and determining overall business and technical risk.
• Prepare reports or presentations to co‑workers or customers to communicate complex engineering ideas, proposals, or solutions.
• Maintain industry expertise, including gathering and maintaining competitive intelligence in specific markets.
