Application & Innovation Specialist

Overview: Our client is hiring an Application & Innovation Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives, improve workflows, and help implement new business systems and automation tools across the organization. This will be a minimum of a 6‑month contract with the possibility to extend or become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new software and business applications
• Manage configurations, upgrades, testing, and user support
• Analyze workflows and identify process improvements
• Recommend automation and AI opportunities
• Lead rollouts, training, and user adoption
• Support integrations, reporting, and dashboards
