Your role
We are looking for an experienced Application Maintance engineer to work BMC remedy software to handle Trouble Ticketing and Work Order System. This system supports B2B, B2C, and B2O Customer Interactions (CI) and is integral to Service Assurance processes, handling Incident, Change, Work Order, and Problem Management.
