Application Packaging Engineer II

Extent of Authority:  
Work with the various applications and ensure that we build and test the packaging of applications for automatic deployment. Test all deployment packages on all SOE working with other Wintel staff to ensure the SOE is maintained correctly. Manage the SCCM environment and manage the delivery mechanisms of SCCM. Train the helpdesk on the use of SCCM and application deployment.

Main Activities:  

• Perform system administration and support tasks as required and/or as directed by senior members of FF DMS IT
• Package applications for deployment to the FF DMS SOE
• Maintain existing SOE configuration, provide minor updates, e.g., device drivers, create or modify existing task sequences as required
• Consult with IT Managers/Supervisors regarding potential problems across all Business Streams
• Work as part of a team, or as an individual as requireddirected
• Work effectively to targets and deadlines
