About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Processing Coordinator to oversee and manage all sales and lease application requests for the associations we serve.
This role is primarily responsible for processing sales and rental applications, while also supporting additional administrative and operational functions as needed.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with governing documents and association requirements, while delivering a seamless, efficient, and professional experience for owners, realtors, tenants, and board members.
The Application Processing Coordinator reports directly to leadership and collaborates closely with community managers and administrative staff.
