Application Production Support

We're looking for Application Support Engineers.

The perfect candidate will be responsible for technical, functional or business logic issues within applications.

Responsibilities:

• Resolves user-level issues, bugs and functional enhancements within a specific software application;
• Monitor infrastructures with the teams in charge and/or users;
• Monitor the quality of service (load analysis, performance monitoring);
• Diagnose and resolve incidents;
• Analyse incidents and alerts in case of infrastructure problems;
• Analyse, measure and improve the performance of the application's technical and functional components in order to improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree;
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux - system administration, troubleshooting;
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Orac...
