Application Production Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support Specialist to join production support team supporting Global Banking Applications. This is a critical role focused on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing operational stability of production systems.
12-month contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion, subject to performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in application support, a proactive approach to incident and problem management, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
You must be open to shift-based work and 24/7 on-call support. The standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including potential coverage on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule. Weekend work is typically limited to 1–2 weekends per month, with compensatory time off (comp-off) provided for any weekend shifts.
