Application Manager – Metrology, AOI & Dicing Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a
Technical Product Manager with 3–5 years of relevant experience
to support and grow our metrology, automated optical inspection (AOI), blade sawing, and laser dicing solutions for semiconductor backend and advanced packaging customers.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales, applications, and engineering teams, acting as a technical interface to help translate customer requirements into product and application improvements. This position is well-suited for candidates who combine strong technical fundamentals with an interest in product and customer-facing work.
