About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Application & Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) to support our sales team in delivering machine and automation solutions to customers. At Syspex — a leading provider of packaging, warehousing, and automation solutions in Southeast Asia — you will play a key role in translating customer needs into practical and effective technical solutions

What You'll Do

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machine/automation solutions.
• Work closely with overseas machine makers and system integrators to develop accurate solutions and costing.
• Support Sales in customer presentations, product trials, and site visits.
• Coordinate project progress, technical clarifications, layout approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Work with the Technical Team to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and handover
