Job Description

• Provide scientific and technical support in pre & post sales activity
  
• Plan and execute educational programs for a range of medical product (CME, User Training, Workshop, Demonstration & Evaluation)
  
• Develop relevant training material & syllabus
  
• Raise competency of customer in using our product to ensure quality result is met.
  
• Improve customer satisfaction by providing efficient response and effective solutions
  
• Provide advice & guidance to improve operational performance
  
• Involve in troubleshooting & issue resolving
  
• ISO documentation & reports
  
• On-job training will be provided
  

Requirements
