APPLICATION SPECIALIST

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Application Specialist to join the team at Power Mac Center, a leading provider of technology solutions in the Philippines. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our innovative software and hardware products. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
Providing first-line technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues
Perform system upgrades (if there's any) to make software and systems more secure and efficient.
Maintain users account properly and ensure that privileges are correct by level.
Performs all other task necessary for the success of the team.
Performing software quality assurance.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
