Application Specialist (Preclinical Ultrasound) Location: On-site (London, Ontario, Canada or Houston, Texas, USA)

Key Responsibilities

Perform high quality on-site and virtual demonstrations of our high-frequency 3D ultrasound system for prospective customers on cardiac, cancer, abdominal, and developmental biology preclinical models.

Support the marketing and sales team on lead generation strategies by assisting with content for outbound campaigns and inbound marketing initiatives (email campaigns, educational webinars, social media campaigns).

Assist in the selling process by working directly with the Product Manager, relevant Territory Sales Managers, and administrative staff as required to secure orders.

Follow-up with prospective customers to assess their research needs for their lab and determine appropriate technical solutions.
