Application Specialist (Vaughan)

Opportunity

As an Applications Specialist at Dingo, you will be responsible for delivering successful customer solutions by configuring and deploying our Dingo Inspections product to meet client requirements.

You will lead the digitization of inspection forms, replacing paper-based workflows with streamlined, mobile-first solutions, ensuring data accuracy and ease of use for field teams.

You will also own parts of an end-to-end delivery of integration projects - from requirements gathering and design, through configuration, testing, and deployment - ensuring seamless, reliable data exchange between Dingo’s systems and customer environments.

Finally, you will also act as a bridge between customers and our R&D team, ensuring that any platform enhancements or development work are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
